As part of my practice I quite often provide clients with personalised audio files that they can use in their own time to further their treatment progress.
On this page you’ll find a selection of audio meditations and mindfulness exercises that you can download and use at no cost. The only thing I ask in return is that you give me some feedback on how well they worked for you.
All of these audios are best listened to using headphones. They should not be listened to when driving, operating heavy machinery or while conducting any other activity that requires concentration.
